Chopin died in his house in Place Vendome in Paris on 17th October 1849.
His funeral was held on 30th October in the Church of the Madeleine where Mozart Requiem was executed and he was buried at Pere-Lachaise cemetery.
His heart was put in a urn and taken to the Church of the Holy Cross in Warsaw.
Beethoven lived in this house in Baden, 25 km from south of Wien, during the summer months in 1821,1822,1823.
The house was very small, an entrance, a small bedroom and a living room.
The most interesting thing kept there is Beethoven’s Graf piano (that has 5 pedals); I managed to stike a key even if it was forbidden and the sound seemed to me very metallic.
The place has a special atmosphere!
